In this solo episode I talk about what can be difficult for some wellness professionals - talking about yourself and what you do!
Truth is, you have to find some way to communicate so people know what you offer and who you are.
I offer the following insights I’ve been over the last three years watching others work through this process
Clear is better than clever every time - even if you think it sounds boring, you’re better off being simple and clear instead of creative and clever
Separate communicating what you offer from who you are and why like to offer it
Find a way that feels compatible with who you are to communicate (it does not have to be social media!)
Never underestimate the power of a personal invitation
Don’t worry about repeating yourself - it takes at least 7 times for someone to see something and commit it to memory
Find what feels good and authentic to you - that’s always the best way!
